Welcome to Focus Flow Music (the “App”), owned and operated by Elevate Focus (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”).

1) Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the App.
• If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2) Purpose of the App

Focus Flow provides music, soundscapes, and frequency-layered audio experiences to support focus, productivity, study, and relaxation.

3) Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features are free; others require a paid subscription.
• Prices, billing cycles, and auto-renewal terms are shown at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• Payments are processed by the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We do not store your payment details.

4) User Responsibilities

• Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the App or its content.
• Do not use the App in ways that infringe laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass App security.

5) Intellectual Property

All content in the App—including audio tracks, frequencies, artwork, branding, and designs—is owned by Elevate Focus Pty Ltd or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6) Disclaimers & Limitations

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the App.

7) Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect personal information.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, or engage in unlawful activity.

9) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
